USPS Shipping Delays
Because of the USPS backlog, you may experience a major delay in receiving your package. Unfortunately, this situation is out of our control once your order is complete and shipped. However, if your package tracking number does not show activity for two weeks from the last status update, please send us a message and we’ll open a case with USPS to search your package on your behalf. Thank you so much for your patience and please continue to monitor the status of your package via USPS Tracking.
Verify the items and quantities in your shopping cart prior to checkout. On the Checkout page confirm your order and validate your billing/shipping address before proceeding to payment. To complete your order, it will direct you to our secured PayPal account to complete your payment.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you would like to change your order or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Because our products being made to order, we will not accept order changes or cancellations after the 24 hour grace period or if the order has shipped.
We will consider wholesale orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss the details of your request.
We only accept International orders from Canada.
We accept major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal. Upon checkout, it will direct you to PayPal’s website to process your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can checkout securely as a PayPal guest.
We do not collect credit card information on our site. We process all payments via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure it protects your details. PayPal securely shares your order and delivery details with us but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.
We operate in Baltimore County, Maryland. We will assess the state of Maryland sales tax (6%) for all orders by Maryland residents.
Shipping Method and Delivery
All orders ship from Maryland. Our standard processing time is 7 to 10 business days unless we note otherwise. We ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) by First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the package weight. Most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on your location and the efficiency of your local postal service.
All products will have a tamper-proof seal.
Once a package leaves our possession, we are not responsible for how the package is treated.
Weight-based shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.
U.S. Shipping Rates
U.S. packages weighing:
- 0.01 ounces to 7.9 ounces, a rate of $3.75
- 8.0 ounces to 16.0 ounces, a rate of $6.99
- 16.1 ounces to 24.0 ounces, a rate of $9.99
- 24.1 ounces to 32.0 ounces, a rate of $12.99
- 32.1 ounces +, a rate of $15.99

Canada Shipping Rates
Orders to Canada ship USPS First-Class International for packages under 64 ounces (4 pounds) or Priority Mail International for heavier packages. USPS First-Class International deliveries take between 7–21 days to arrive depending on the destination and efficiency of the local postal service. Please keep in mind that during the busy holiday shipping season, the transit time for delivery can increase up to 4–6 weeks.
Canada packages weighing:
- From 1 ounce to 32 ounces, a rate of $16.00
- From 33 ounces to 48 ounces, a rate of $25.25
- From 49 ounces to 64 ounces, a rate of $37.25
Note: 16 ounces = 1 pound
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import fees or taxes that may apply. Delays may occur due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to our made-to-order and small-batch products, we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges.

Product and Shipping Issues

Every product we make and sell may contain natural essential oils, fragrance oils, butters and/or other raw ingredients to ensure quality products that will enrich and nourish your skin and hair. Our products are free of parabens, petroleum, lanolin, or mineral oil. Products that contain beeswax and silk protein will be labeled accordingly. The type of hydrolyzed silk protein used in our products is a non-animal protein source and is substantive to skin and hair while providing a protective barrier.
All ingredients are listed on the site and on individual packaging.
Free product samples are given at the owner’s discretion with paid orders. We do not give away free products or samples for product reviews.
