Order Acceptance

Verify the items and quantities in your shopping cart prior to checkout. On the Checkout page confirm your order and validate your billing/shipping address before proceeding to payment. To complete your order you will be directed to our secured PayPal account to finalize your payment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you would like to make changes to your order or cancel your order, please contact us within eight (8) hours of purchase. Due to products being made to order, we will not accept order changes or cancellations after the 8-hour grace period or if the order has shipped.

Wholesale Orders

We will consider wholesale orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss the details of your request.

International Orders

We do not accept international orders at this time.


Payment Method

We accept major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal. Upon checkout you will be directed to PayPal’s website to process your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can checkout securely as a PayPal guest.

Security

We do not collect credit card information on our site. All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. PayPal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

Sales Tax

We are located in Baltimore County, Maryland. All orders purchased and shipped within Maryland will be assessed the current state sales tax.


Shipping Method and Delivery

Orders will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days of payment unless otherwise noted. All items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) by First Class or Priority mail depending on the package weight. Most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days to arrive depending on your location and the efficiency of your local postal service.

All shipped products are tamper-proof sealed.

Once a package leaves our possession we are not responsible of how the package is treated.

Shipping Rate

For packages weighing:

  • Up to 7.9 ounces, flat rate of $3.50
  • From 8.0 ounces or more, flat rate of $5.99

Shipping rates are applicable to U.S. residents only. Flat rate shipping will not be applied to wholesale orders.


Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our ‘made to order’ and ‘small batch’ products, we do not accept returns for refunds or exchanges.

Please read the full item descriptions carefully prior to your purchase. Should you have a question about a product, please don’t hesitate to ask us.

Refunds

All sales are final.

Product and Shipping Issues

If you believe we have sent you the wrong item in error or if you have a shipment issue, please contact us immediately to allow us an opportunity to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

We allow 30 days from the date of purchase to report an issue for resolution. Issues reported on or after the 31st day from the purchase date will not be accepted or considered.

  • We are not responsible for any reactions you experience while using our products.
  • Do not use products made with essential oils if you are pregnant, breast feeding or trying to conceive.
  • For sensitive skin or allergies we recommend that you patch-test in a small area of skin first to make sure there is no reaction.
  • Do not apply our products to irritated skin, and if you experience any irritation, discontinue use immediately.
  • The products available to purchase on this site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or disease.
  • If you are unsure of an ingredient contained in our products seek medical advice first.
Ingredients

Every product we make and sell may contain natural essential oils, fragrance oils, butters and/or other raw ingredients to ensure quality products that will enrich and nourish your skin and hair. Our products are free of parabens, petroleum, lanolin, or mineral oil. Products that contain bees wax and silk protein will be labeled accordingly. The type of hydrolyzed silk protein used in our products are a non-animal protein source and is substantive to skin and hair while providing a protective barrier.

All ingredients are listed on the site and on individual packaging.

Samples

Free product samples are given at the owner’s discretion with paid orders. We do not giveaway free product or samples for product reviews.

We have selected products available to purchase in sample sizes.

What information do we collect?

Belle & Blaire will not collect any personally identifiable information about you through our website unless you provide it to us voluntarily. The information we collect varies, depending on how you use our site. The types of personal information collected include: name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number to complete purchases.

How do we use your information?

We use your email, shipping and contact information to fulfill your order​ and communicate with you about your order.

If you have opted-in to receive our email newsletter, we may send you periodic emails throughout the year. If you would no longer like to receive promotional email from us, please click here to unsubscribe from the newsletter subscription.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To delete all of your online account information from our database, send an email to shopbelleandblaire@gmail.com or use the contact page form and send us a request to delete your account information. We will remove your account within 24-72 hours and will send a final email to confirm the account deletion. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
